Leicestershire Action for Mental Health Project (Lamp) provides free to access mental health information and advocacy to the people of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
Lamp is a small charity established in 1989 with local reach, having a positive effect on the lives of those experiencing mental health conditions, ranging from Anxiety and Depression to Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder. Lamp’s help is also extended to carers of those who are struggling with mental health conditions as well as rehabilitation inpatient units providing care for patients who are enduring severe mental illness.
