More about our impact
The environment
The children all benefit from more learning outside as well as playtime. With less time in the classroom and more time outside, this enhances team work, physical health and the great use of outdoor space. For example, today was ‘Victorian Day’ for Year 2 and a large part of their learning was outside, in the fresh air.
Volunteering, jobs & education
We’ve had massive further engagement from parents with volunteering at events and raising funds and enhancing learning. By delivering this project so quickly from inception we’ve managed to create a great amount of momentum for the next projects.
Arts, culture & heritage
The children love having this additional play and learning items such as a large map of the UK. With quiet corners and storage we have books and larger learning items which the children use for creative play during break time but also class time outdoors.
Activity, health and leisure
There is a brilliant balance between climbing, ball games, learning, being interactive and quiet time. Catering for all personalities and preferences.
