The idea
This project is to give back to the Fourth Feathers Community centre in Lisson Grove. This event will be a celebratory tea party inspired by all The Queen's Platinum Jubilee events taking place this year.
We would like to raise funding to have a tea party with the children and the youth at the Fourth Feathers - filled with creative activities and entertainment to keep the younger members of our community inspired, engaged and generally to be able to have fun together after what has been a challenging few years!
What we'll deliver
- Community will get the opportunity to help in delivering the project
- Entertainment for young people at the Tea Party
- Opportunity fo young people to learn how to volunteer and support their community
Why it's a great idea
The project will bring together the community and children will have fun and will learn about this year of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee through creative activities and fun.
Steps to get it done
- Organising a tea party, booking entertainment, buying food, buying resources and celebrate the party
This event will be a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with the Fourth Feathers Community centre and celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Year.
