The idea
We are having a street party for our families of the street to get together and celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. After the couple of years we have all had with Covid, I think it will be a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our freedom in style. We would like the children of today to remember this event for the rest of their lives.

Why it's a great idea
Our street party will show our children of today how they used to celebrate on the streets and also it will bring the community together. We would like to take this opportunity to celebrate with our community and give them a day to remember with lots of entertainment and fun activities to do throughout the day.
Steps to get it done
- Street party decorations ect. Fun activities food for children and adults. Tables chairs ect.
We would love some funding to help towards giving our street the Jubilee to remember and our children of today to be able to tell their families and show them pictures of the lovely day. We have had email today to tell us our road closure application have been accepted. We are over the moon.
