A massive THANK YOU to all those who have donated to help bring this project to fruition. Whilst in the final stages we were kindly donated further items which we are in the process of making safe before the school children can continue growing and learning.

Just to update everyone on the progress and contacts we’ve made.. Chester Zoo networks to nature (Chris Ablett) will come and advise us as soon as the project is up and running. Parklands Primary school are keen to be involved and we are going to speak to them about sending two children to Chester zoo in January 2025 for nature champions training. Jessop’s court sheltered accommodation want to be involved when we are up and running Merseyside forest are able to help us with new trees. Local nurseries will also help with new trees and bushes. We have a number of contacts now with allotments, who are happy to give cuttings when we have somewhere to plant them, we already have been given some raspberry bushes and strawberry cuttings. Get Away Travel, a local business have expressed an interest to help us. We are looking to add Cheshire varieties of fruit trees in the future. It’s all very positive, please spread the word and encourage people to donate to what we think will be a real asset to the people of Little Sutton.
