Community Action Sutton is an organisation that supports, develops and promotes the voluntary sector in the London borough of Sutton.
We currently have around 300 voluntary and community groups in our membership. These vary considerably in size and scope ranging from small volunteer led and run community groups to large organisations employing several staff and providing services to significant numbers of local people.

We are Promote equality and diversity and positive change for communities in the Borough of Sutton. We LEAD and Act as a CATALYST in the advancement of the VCSE Sector as a strategic partner and deliverer of services in Sutton. Some of our recent key roles include acting as a lead organisation on behalf of Sutton borough to deliver borough wide Covid19 response including delivering a TRIAGE system to support those on the government shield list and over 5,000 residents needing support during the pandemic.

We continue to play a lead and key role in delivering change and support for and with the voluntary and community sector.

We currently host a Test Centre as part of our joint effort to help deal with and control the spread of Covid19 virus.

Our main objectives as an organisations include:

1. Promote equality, diversity and positive change for communities

2. Inspire partnership and collaboration across the voluntary and community sector

3. Represent the voice of the community, voluntary and community sector

4. Support growing and established organisations to reach their full potential

5. Develop a diverse and vibrant voluntary and community sector and empower people to create local change

Project Owner: Community Action Sutton (Hill House Community Centre) The Project Owner takes legal responsibility for receiving and spending the funds raised and ensuring the project is delivered.
