The idea
We have an aging fleet of boats and are in need of constant repair.
Our aim is to increase the uptake of rowing by continuing to offer our Free Learn-to-Row courses, which introduce people to rowing, but to do so we need to update some of the equipment that we use as it has become unsuitable due to age and use.
We aim to update the indoor rowing equipment, which will allow all ages and abilities to practice indoors during the winter and inclement weather.
To increase our community presence we complete litter-picks in the area to prevent unwanted contamination of the environment.
