One of the best gifts you can give for Christmas!
Hounslow has large growing numbers of older isolated and vulnerable people and we want to make their Christmas special.
We aim to raise £1000 to provide 200 elderly members of our community with a Christmas Dinner and a Christmas Gift – for just £5 you can help one elderly and vulnerable person have a Christmas to remember. If you feel you can sponsor more than one person what better gift could you give.

Why it's a great idea
It is estimated that about 20% of the older population is mildly lonely and another 10% is intensely lonely, this equates to over 700,000 people aged over 65 in the UK report that they are lonely.
Our idea is great because it gives some much needed relief, fun and laughter to those lonely elderly members of our community and gives them a Christmas to remember where they can socialise and enjoy the company of others who are in a similar situation.
