The idea

The all round fitness project will consist of a unique training system combined with non contact boxing and kickboxing for physical fitness, healthy eating advice, and mentoring skills to the individual , if needed. The project will help people in the community to become more health conscious by introducing health talks and health expos with free health checks, by local professionals from time to time. The fitness programme has been tested and proven and is backed by a number of testimonials across all walks of life. The physical side of the project will consist of; accredited advanced boxing and kickboxing self defence combinations, pad work, correct punching techniques, correct kicking techniques, interval circuit training routines by a highly experienced instructor with forty years experience in contact sports as an amateur, professional, and now an advanced boxing/kickboxing fitness instructor.

  • The right equipment is a must for a correct health and safety environment.

Why it's a great idea

I believe the benefits the project will bring will be a tremendous help to the community. Due to the pandemic people have suffered physically and mentally, some have also been abused being looked away for such a long. What better than to go out away from that environment and into a park where they can get fresh air, exercise and train in a green and healthy environment. Although my fitness programme consist of boxing and kickboxing techniques there is no contact between two or even more people. All striking techniques will be on a punch bag, kick pads, focus mitts, etc, relieving the danger of someone getting hurt. It's also a proven fact that hitting a punch bag can relieve stress an anxiety as well as getting you fit. The same fitness programme produced an English and three British semi contact champions.

Steps to get it done

  • I can only see funding as a milestone to buy equipment and a venue. I am well know for what I do in the community.
