Healing Homes West Hub

After a busy morning of decorating, organising and installing furniture by the Healing Homes West team this space is nearly ready for our young mum and her baby to return to. Thank you to everyone who helped donate items, support the fund raising appeal and dedicate time today to helping this makeover happen helping to support mum and baby during these first few important months.

This week we are working to help support a young mum and her premature baby who are returning home from hospital to unfurnished social housing. Using a mix of high quality second hand furnishings which have been delivered to our new Healing Homes hub over the last few week, along with kind donations to our Amazon wish list appeal we hope to give Mum and baby a comfortable nurturing environment (with some of the basic equipment in place) to support them over the coming months.

On Saturday 4th July we will be hosting a Creative Workshop at our hub on Bollo Bridge Lane to brainsorm fund raising ideas and develop a Christmas appeal to support the work we are doing in LBHF. If you would like to get involved contact [email protected]

On Monday 1st June we were delighted to host our first workshop for 12 of our volunteers at our new Healing Homes West Hub on Bollo Bridge Lane. The session was incredibly productive identifying training needs, discussing up and coming home transformation projects in LBHF and brainstorming future fund raising ideas.

We are thrilled to be an official fund raising partner for the Harrodian School Summer Fair 2026. Come and see us on Saturday 20th June from 2 - 6pm at The Harrodian School to find out more about what we are doing and how we are raising funds for our new Healing Homes Hub to support families facing hardship in LBHF.

We would like to thank all the memebers of the Just Giving Community who have generously contriubted £3890 of funds over the last few weeks towards the running of our new Healing Homes West Hub to support families in need in Hammersmith & Fulham

We are thrilled to announce that EHG Homes will be supporting the new Healing Homes West Hub with logistics and maintenance for upcoming home transformations in LBHF. The group has committed free flooring, painting and general handyman work to help with 5 projects in the borough over the next 5 months which will make a substantial difference to the projects we can take on.
