Bring community together and provide meals to those who may be in need. Promoting local talent as well as providing job experience in the music and events industry to anyone interested.

We need people to offer skills, time or resources to develop this project. Check what’s needed below, then click ‘Volunteer’ to get involved.

  • Stewards and runners - People to help supervise the event and report to security, medical and steward manager. Ensure smooth running of the event with crowd management and giving attendees information when needed
  • Steward manager - be the person that stewards report to. Efficiently allocate stewards to sections where needed giving maximum smooth running of the event.
  • Check in desk - scanning tickets and allocating the correct wristbands. Being the first point of contact for guests. Some bag checking may be required along with confiscation of prohibited items.
