About the Project Creator
The Growing Rosendale project widens people’s knowledge and skills to grow food successfully on their allotments, at their homes and in community spaces.
The new community education centre provides facilities to hold food growing and nature related educational workshops to allotment members and the wider community. We are committed to local, sustainable food growing in South London and broadening understanding of the environmental issues around food production. For more information on our courses please email Catriona: [email protected].
The education centre is available for hire at £10 for RAA members and £15 for non-members. Please email Marco: [email protected] to book.
Do you know of any disused spaces in South London that could be turned into a community garden? Or are you involved in a community garden that could do with some help with fundraising, learning new gardening skills or sustaining volunteer help? If so, please email Amy: [email protected]
We look forward to hearing from you!
