Dear Friends, We are absolutely delighted to share some wonderful news with you! Thanks to your incredible generosity and support, we have successfully purchased our container to store tools. It’s preloved and comes with a bit of extra character compared to a standard container, but we’ve already started kitting it out with shelves to make it fully functional. This essential addition will allow us to keep our tools safe, organised, and ready to use for the important work we do looking after Grove Farm. Your contributions have truly made a difference, and we cannot thank you enough for believing in our cause and helping us achieve this milestone. It’s because of kind-hearted supporters like you that we can continue to care for Grove Farm and ensure it thrives for the benefit of everyone. Dear Supporters, Thank you so much for your donations. We are very grateful for your support. We are writing to share an important update regarding our funding model. As you know, our initial approach was the ‘All or Nothing’ model, where we would only receive the funds if we reached our target. Unfortunately, we are unable to access grants to boost the donations in our crowdfunding. Because of this, we have decided to change our funding model to ‘Keep What You Raise’. This means that we will keep all the funds raised, regardless of whether we reach our target or not. We believe this change will provide us with a better opportunity to continue our project and deliver on our promises to you, our incredible backers. With your money and some additional funds we have accessed outside of SpaceHive, we will be able to purchase our container which will support our volunteers and allow us to engage with more corporate volunteers which will mean we can do more conservation work in Grove Farm. We understand that this is a significant change, and we want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly. But, we hope that you will feel that it is the right way to proceed.
