Projects from schools in LCR are addressing food waste, encouraging school gardening, tackling waste in school and raising awareness of renewable energy and energy wastage. Team Bouncepadz will now receive a further £750 investment to help them implement their idea further.

Data from schools in Liverpool indicates: - 93% of students increased their knowledge about climate change - 90% of students learnt skills they think will help them in future (with students particularly citing increases in problem solving and listening skills) - 89% feel hopeful they can make a positive contribution to solving climate change All of the schools that we worked with across the City Region had higher than average Free School Meal rates.
