The idea
We need to upgrade some of our equipment and buy some new furniture and fittings for our new hall, in the new hall we will have -
a new conference room to hire out and a new office, we need to fit these out.
a new kitchen and bar area and our old equipment is either not suitable or worn out so we need new equipment.
we need to upgrade some of our chairs and tables which are used in the main hall for parties etc.
we need new Audio PA & stage lighting equipment.
we need some outdoor space equipment, benches, cigarette receptacles etc
What we'll deliver
- Fully fitted conference room with projector and screen for community hire
- Fully Equipped Main Hall with PA and stage lighting for community hire
- Fully equipped Kitchen area with boiler for drinks, two ovens, fridges and microwave
- Fully equipped Bar area with fridges ice machine and glass washer.
- Outdoor spaces with seating
- Office area equipment.
Why it's a great idea
Our hall is used for many Childrens groups, elderly groups, community events and fitness classes, and at the weekend we host parties for the local community.
The new hall equipment will make the hall suitable for the future enjoyment of the whole community.
Steps to get it done
- Within weeks of receiving funding our conference room we be available to the community.
