Providing support and funding to cricket clubs across the country as they return to cricket.
Running a cricket club isn't cheap! With it not possible to run the usual fundraising events this year we need your generosity. Plus if we have enough money pledged the ECB will match the first £100!
Running a cricket club isn't cheap! Despite the clubhouse being closed and the season start delayed, many of the costs haven't gone away - costs that are hard to cover at the best of times. With it not possible to run the usual fundraising events this year we need your generosity. Think of that £5 that you pay to enter the quiz you lose interest in half way through, that £20 you put on the donkey that comes last in the race night, let alone the money you've saved not being in the bar on a Saturday night. We also want this 182 year old club to continue for years to come, this means developing future cricketers by increasing the numbers of children playing cricket in Sittingbourne. We would be greatful if you can donate whatever you can afford to our crowdfunding. The first £100 we raise will be matched by the ECB... but let's see if we can sail past that figure and put Gore Court in a great position to get some momentum behind the club going into the 2021 season.
What we'll deliver:
Why it's a great idea:
Continued survival of Gore Court Cricket Club A home for children to have fun and learn the game of cricket in the town of Sittingbourne
