The idea
The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a drop in the club’s income. As of result, we are looking to raise and cover the cost of maintaining the ground during the suspension of recreational cricket. This includes the cost of fuel, grass seed, fertiliser and weed killer. Along with providing paint to tidy up the sightscreens. Any money received over our target will go towards the club’s development project of raising money for new nets.
What we'll deliver
- Cutting of the field twice a week
- Maintenance of the square
- Improvements to the sightscreens
Why it's a great idea
This support will help maintain ground so it is ready to be used once the recreational cricket season begins. Also providing the upkeep of the ground for local users and walkers.
