Guildford Environmental Forum is a Community Association formed in 1993. We are a membership organisation with nearly 400 members based in Guildford. We exist to raise awareness of environmental issues and create a local community of people who wish to take action. We create a quarterly newsletter, run talks and events and publicise local volunteering opportunities as well as engaging with the borough council on environmental issues.
Guildford Environmental Forum was entrusted with care of the Rosamund Community Garden site in 2010 by its owners Mark Brown and Julia Stephenson. There is, at the owners request, no formal legal agreement about the garden. However we are in regular correspondence with the owners and they are fully aware of the Hub project and supportive of its aims.
