The idea
This project aims to provide 25 children in Preston with the opportunity to learn Muay Thai Kickboxing at no cost. Sessions will be on Saturday mornings, 9.30am - 10.30am at Douglas Hall, St Cuthbert’s Church Centre, Lytham Road, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 3AR. The first class will be on Saturday 18th October. The free sessions will last for 10 weeks, ensuring accessibility and consistent learning. All aspects, including venue, professional instructors and all necessary equipment, will be funded to eliminate any financial barriers for participants. By fostering discipline, physical fitness and confidence, this initiative seeks to positively impact the lives of local children while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
