The idea
We'll be bringing people of all disabilities together to get fit, have fun and prevent loneliness and isolation through weekly sessions of keep fit led by a qualified instructor.
We'll create a safe and friendly environment for our participants so we can extend our impact beyond the walls of the gym and into the community.
With your help we will deliver classes while people take part in other local activities, broadening their scope for staying fit and active long term.

We feel it is extremely important for everyone including those with disabilities to have the opportunity to improve their fitness levels. Which will massively help indivduals who already have various challenges in life to led a healthy life in the future
