The idea
Potential participants will be identified and referred by health professionals, community support workers, social workers, schools, Early Help practitioners, police and others.
Participants will be offered a Volunteer Mentor to support them in accessing the activities – shown where the activities are – how to book - who to ask for help – someone to exercise with – the support of others in the group and, importantly, the support of those who have lived experience of the issues they are suffering.
Successful referrals will be given 6 months funded membership to access our Assisted Exercise Studio, in a small group environment. In addition the participant will be able to use the swimming pool during public sessions, and some exercise classes (Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi for example) for further exercise options
