About the Project Creator
The Stonegrove Community Trust was originally set up in 2014, and OneStonegrove was opened to the local community in the Summer of 2016. We are a resident-led charity, working in partnership with St Peter’s Church, Peabody, Stonegrove Estates Youth Project, F.U.S.E Youth Project, and others.
Stonegrove Community Trust’s vision is to
Establish a sustainable joint community and church centre, as the social and cultural hub of our community. To be recognised and valued by local residents as the heart of Stonegrove, providing secure, buzzing, informative and fun spaces for all to enjoy whilst breaking down barriers of social and community integration, effectively reducing social isolation and promoting wellbeing.
OneStonegrove brings people together from all backgrounds, ages, and religions to socialise together and build long-lasting friendships.
Our wonderful facilities include two large halls, a treatment room, a chapel, meeting rooms, offices, and a baptism pool! Both halls have full audio and video capability via an inbuilt sound system and LCD screens.
