The project involved collaboration between mainstream secondary school students and students from a nearby special school for children with significant learning difficulties, together with a professional, inclusive dance company, Stopgap Dance. The schools reported that the project "gave students an incredible opportunity to learn high quality dance techniques and also to work collaboratively with students with special needs. The students were able to fully understand the school values and understood the importance of inclusion and tolerance. Six Villages students were outstanding when working collaboratively with the students from Fordwater. The students that took part left feeling inspired."
