We are a Bulgarian Folklore group. We feel honoured that we have been made so welcome in this beautiful county of Worcestershire. We would like to demonstrate to Worcestershire how dancing brings health. We would love to support Worcester Community Trust, which is a registered charity providing crucial facilities for community use, empowering people of all ages, the socially isolated, victims of domestic abuse and the wider community. All donated money will be used for our costumes and a percentage will be given to Worcester Community Trust. In addition, you are contributing to the health of your citizens. Bulgarian dances are built over 40 tacts, which have a healthy effect on the whole organism, starting from increasing the serotonin levels, which brings happiness, to the fact that each tact from every dance is connected to a certain organ and when you follow the rhythm, you basically help your physical and mental health.
