Attendees pledged to: - calculate their carbon footprint - swap some car journeys for walking, cycling and public transport - use peat free compost or make their own compost - consider using green energy at home - start a wholefood buying group - spread the word about climate action - garden in a more eco-friendly way - reduce the number of flights - eat more seasonally and locally produced food - start a local climate action network

6 people volunteered to deliver the project and 25 people signed up to volunteer on the day of the event.

We helped to develop a culture of collaboration, by inviting other communities to showcase their projects, and experts to share their knowledge and ideas.

Attendees could try electric bikes and get their own bike repaired.
