First and foremost we have saved bees!!! Secondly, by having better quality equipment in the kitchen, we are reducing our carbon footprint and electricity and water consumption.

The D/deaf Community in Chester along with associated clubs and groups now have a multi-functional space in which to meet and hold events.

For one, the Dee Sign Choir attracted six new volunteers in February 2024 which is the largest intake since before COVID.

The Deaf Culture for those living in and around Chester is being preserved through the Deaf Centre and the Chester and District Committee for Deaf People, and we now have a home, a base to be proud of inviting people to come and visit.
