Bring Stories to Schools!

We are Bookshop Crawl UK CIC, a non profit community interest company dedicated to supporting bookshops and the literary community through the curation and creation of accessible, low pressure bookshop crawl events and bookish groups throughout the UK, bringing together the community of book lovers who want to support bookshops to meet each other in new ways, and supporting the development of literacy skills through events which provide access to stories in all sorts of ways, designed to fit all neurodiversities and needs.  

We also founded and run Canterbury Children's Literature Festival, to help bring the joy of stories in all of their forms to the children and families of Canterbury and East Kent with a week long programme of schools and public events each July, featuring authors, illustrators, storytellers, graphic novellists, drama companies, musicians and so much more for babies through to adults. 

We are a family founded business, with a small board of directors who are all passionate about literacy and literature and providing opportunities.
