The idea
Camphill Milton Keynes Communities is a charity providing a central community resource for Milton Keynes.
In addition to creating a living and working community for people with learning disabilities, Camphill MK Communities is also a meeting place for many across Milton Keynes.
We have two popular sites, our Theatre - a central hub of activity, events and conferences, and our much-loved Café.
We see visitors of all ages and abilities gather to use our services so we need to make sure that everyone is safe.
Defibrillators are essential, potentially life-saving devices used in the case of cardiac arrest, so it is essential that we raise enough funds to purchase and install them.

What we'll deliver
- Continue to open our facilities to those with various abilities and disabilities as well as the wider public.
- Continue to raise awareness of the importance of defibrillators in all public spaces.
- Purchase and install two defibrillators in the Café and Theatre.
Why it's a great idea
Saving lives is always a great idea! If we can act quickly and potentially save a life, and have the tools needed, we will rest happily in our beds. To be able to give first aid using the latest equipment we can be confident that all users will be as safe as possible.
