Exodus Youth Worx UK is a grassroots charity based in Enfield, led by Tara Hanna, dedicated to supporting young people and families facing social, emotional, and economic challenges. Working from a trauma-informed and community-driven approach, Exodus builds safe spaces where young people can belong, be heard, and rebuild confidence. Their programmes combine mentoring, wellbeing support, creative arts, and personal development to help young people navigate life’s pressures, from school stress to violence and exclusion. Exodus also runs family outreach and parent engagement work, helping carers strengthen relationships and understand the realities young people face today. With deep local trust and strong partnerships with schools and community organisations, Exodus acts as a bridge; connecting families, educators, and youth workers to create safer, more resilient communities where every young person can thrive.

Curate Your Genius (CYG) is a social impact organisation led by educator and creative strategist Shae Eccleston, dedicated to helping young people and families unlock their potential through creativity, reflection, and real-world learning. CYG designs and delivers innovative workshops, leadership programmes, and digital literacy initiatives that build confidence, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence. Their work blends education, arts, and wellbeing; empowering participants to find their voice, express their stories, and set ambitious goals for the future. With experience across schools, youth services, and community groups, CYG specialises in bridging generational and cultural gaps, creating spaces where parents, carers, and young people can learn together. Through creative facilitation and evidence-based practice, CYG equips communities with tools for resilience, purpose, and digital safety; turning everyday experiences into opportunities for growth and connection.

Exodus Youth Worx UK and Curate Your Genius have joined forces to create “Building Futures” because both organisations see the urgent need to keep young people safe, informed, and emotionally supported in a digital world. By combining Exodus’s trusted local relationships with CYG’s creative, evidence-based learning methods, we’re building a bridge between home, school, and community; helping families grow stronger, safer, and more connected. Together, we’re shaping a model of prevention, empowerment, and hope for Enfield’s future.
