The funding for this project has been achieved and the BT USO help desk have submitted your Network build request to Openreach. If you are part of this network build, you'll receive an email shortly from BT confirming the build is underway.

As more than 70% of premises in this network build area have now called the BT USO help desk, we have been able to make an additional contribution of £3400.

Did you know that if all of the premises in this Network build area call the USO helpdesk - free phone 0800 783 0223 - & simply register interest in this scheme, (which is free to do), BT can and will contribute further funds, which would make this network build free of excess costs to pay.

If you haven’t done so already, please do call BT’s USO helpdesk - free phone 0800 783 0223 - to register your interest in this scheme, as doing so can lower the excess cost to pay. The Contribution from BT, defined by Government and OFCOM, is £3400 per premise for up to 70% of eligible premises in the network build area. Therefore, for each eligible premise above 70% that calls & registers interest, BT will contribute an additional £3400, lowering the excess cost to pay
