Situated on the edge of Marsden Moor, Hemplow are a crown green bowling club aiming to provide a friendly, social space for anyone wishing to play, or learn to play bowls. Having been in existance for over 30 years we now need to renovate, revitalise and grow to ensure we continue to be an integral part of the sporting and recreational facilities on Mount Road in Marsden. The club is funded soley through membership subscriptions, donations and the fund raising efforts of it's members.
Marsden is a rural community with a great history of community sporting activities including crown green bowling . It's a sport open to everyone and is a fun way to spend an afternoon or evening in the fresh air. It certainly helps you to keep fit and active!
