Bollywood dance workouts in Ealing/Acton

A Bollywood inspired dancercise class, that blends movement, acting, cardio to get hearts racing. Safe, engaging space for women to meet other dance lovers in their community with monthly socials!

The idea

BollyBurn is all about community and joy. The aim will be to spread joy through Bollywood dance for beginners, which is well-known for being energetic, vibrant and fun.

Each week, I will host a 1 hour dance workout class. 5 minutes warm up, 20 minute workout, 30 minutes beginners choreography followed by a warm down.

To begin with, classes will be for women. Allowing them to meet other women and dance freely with confidence. Over time, I would love to introduce new classes for everyone, plus the elderly.
