The idea
BollyBurn is all about community and joy. The aim will be to spread joy through Bollywood dance for beginners, which is well-known for being energetic, vibrant and fun.
Each week, I will host a 1 hour dance workout class. 5 minutes warm up, 20 minute workout, 30 minutes beginners choreography followed by a warm down.
To begin with, classes will be for women. Allowing them to meet other women and dance freely with confidence. Over time, I would love to introduce new classes for everyone, plus the elderly.
