We have renovated our premises and completed all the works from our initail crowdfunding campaign and we are now baking in our new premsies. We now require an industrial extractor installing to take away the steam coming from our baking ovens so that the environment is not too humid for our customers and our staff. This is the last thing needed to allow us to fully open our shop, training school and bakery.

What we'll deliver:

• A commercial extraction unit installed which will allow us to open our premises.

Why it's a great idea:

A lot of effort has gone into getting to where we are raising the funding to renovate the premises and get our bakery up and running. The last job of installing a commercial extraction unit will allow us to open fully and get the community involved in our bakery on courses, as volunteers and customers.
