Barnton CC Cricket Section relies on subs, events & donations to survive. We need your help during the COVID-19 crisis to ensure that we can continue to serve the community once the crisis has passed.
Following the news that the ECB has suspended all recreational cricket, the cricket section has no income from match subs this season. The club as a whole can survive from the memberships and some funds coming from the bar delivery service but the cricket section has no income. The ECB will donate £100 to the cause if we hit at least £100 towards our target. We have decided to set up this crowdfunding page to cover all costs that the section incurs when the season starts. We want to ensure that there is cricket in Barnton for the whole community to play, watch and enjoy. It will be more important than ever once this is all over!

We have been unable to arrange any fundraising events and with no matches being played we have not collected any match subs so we as a section have no income. With your help, we can avoid having to use the clubs resources to cover any cricket related costs when the season starts.

VolunteerBarnton Cricket Club was founded in 1880 and has since played at various locations in the village until settling at it's current home of 'Broomsedge' on Townfield Lane in 1957.
The club runs 3 senior teams, Junior teams at U9, U11, U13 and U15 levels and a ladies Softball cricket team.
Project Owner: Barnton Cricket Club The Project Owner takes legal responsibility for receiving and spending the funds raised and ensuring the project is delivered.
