Activities on offer aim to mix different age groups with suitably qualified coaches to encourage interaction at different levels to help with confidence, team building, leadership and adaptation skills. We aim to be role models for all members of our gym, both inside and outside of amateur boxing The club's motto is 'We Never Turn Anyone Away'. Inclusivity and diversity are thus at the heart of the club's ethos.
