You may have spotted the return of hanging baskets along West End Lane and Mill Lane last summer, we thought they looked great and think we should do it again this year.
There are a number of unloved walls on buildings around the area. We plan to encourage local artists to unleash their creativity to brighten up these public spaces.
A number of trees around West End Green and the bus turn are suitable for year round 'festive' lighting. We think this will really brighten the area up.
Standard council benches are boring. We plan to invest in some really cool seating on West End Lane, good for tired legs and encouraging more people onto the high street.

Why it's a great idea
We have applied to 'The Mayors Fund' to match every £ you donate. We'll only be able to afford to undertake these projects if we secure this funding. Please, please therefore donate what you can.
Steps to get it done
- If the funding target is acheived then the WHBA committee will make these projects happen.
