The idea
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, Werneth Cricket Club has had to close. This revenue stream is critical to the functioning of the club.
Any support members and the general public can provide during this time would be a great help, the money raised will be used to help secure our future and make sure we are in the best possible position for when normal service can be resumed at the club.
Playing and enjoying cricket and ensuring there is a place for the whole community to come together will be more important than ever once this is all over!

Why it's a great idea
As the cricket season has yet to get underway and all our fundraisers are currently cancelled, we have no income but still have to pay bills so every penny counts to get us through this and secure a future for the club.
We love our Cricket Club and want to ensure it survives this crisis. With your help we will be open again as soon as possible once it is safe to do so.
