The idea
Deliver mobile raw eating sessions at local parks in Ealing (Islip Manor / Rayvnor Park and Southall Park) teaching people benefits of juicing and raw eating and how to make quick tasty juices. Educating people around alternatives to dairy and animal products and how to eat a more vegan diet.
While teaching healthy eating habits we will also have a personal trainer onsite doing work out sessions outdoors teaching people how to use their local park and equipment in the park to workout more regularly and with no cost.
Alongside the healthy eating we will also be giving people information on Urban Gardening and access to local allotments and growing spaces.
This is a whole healthy lifestyle project giving the community full round support with professionals on hand to support people with healthy eating, Urban Gardening and exercise. Educating people around food, diet and how to live a healthier lifestyle without spending too much.
What we'll deliver
- teach juicing recipes and people to make their own juices
- teach raw eating and vegetarian recipes
- teach workout routine at local park
- enable people to access local growing space
- educate people about urban gardening
Why it's a great idea
The project will educate people around how to live a healthier lifestyle without having to spend a lot of money on diets, gyms and special dietary food.
St Vegan wants to teach people that it's the little lifestyle changes people can make to start living a healthier lifestyle. We have passionate people on our team who are eager to reach the local community, children and their parents with easy fun to do lifestyle changes that can benefit the whole family.
Our project is hands on, ground level working directly with the local residents. We will get a chance to speak with people one to one and find out their needs and difficulties around health and well-being, giving them advise around benefits of juicing and raw eating, exercise and growing their own fruit and veg. Our aim is to show people that little changes and adding and take away little at a time is what makes a healthy body and mind. Teaching people eating, shopping habits, growing their own veg, herbs and fruit and exercise.
