The idea
Our banners celebrate our rich history and legends; the Saxon and Roman heritage, medieval bridge and church, the Shakespeare connection and our riverside attraction The Big Meadow.
Our project is hoping to achieve increased footfall to the High Street to support existing shops and services, encourage new ones and improve sustainability. We anticipate that the banners will attract visitors from near and far and enhance a sense of pride within the village and its community.

Excellent feedback from businesses displaying a banner and their customers, residents of our village and visitors. The project is hoping to achieve increased footfall to the High Street to support existing shops and services, encourage new ones and improve sustainability.

Steps to get it done
- Order next batch of material cloth for creation of banners
- Create designs for 10 further banners for High St. businesses
- Display Banners on stall at Bidford Xmas Lights switch on
