The idea
We would like to provide an area for residents to get together with the addition of benches Also play equipment for the children within a safe environment. This will bring the community spirit back and give the space some character. We are responding to feedback from the residents and these are their ideas.
What we'll deliver
- Opening event and plaque
- Play equipment (slide,swings and springer)
- Activities (play panel and hopscotch)
- Picnic bench and other benches
Why it's a great idea
The residents approached the committee saying that the communal garden needed some TLC and something to make it more inviting for all residents. The ideas have come from residents and would make the space a really good space for residents and their families.
