The idea

EBCSA is a community-owned and operated facility at the heart of our town. Following a successful asset transfer and rebuild, our building has become a thriving hub, welcoming over 3,000 visitors each week through a wide range of sports clubs, youth programmes, charities, and community groups. In 2023 we secured planning permission for a new site design, and in September 2025 we opened our new 3G pitch, creating more opportunities for people of all ages to get active and engaged.

Our vision now is to expand the building to deliver new accessible and female-friendly facilities. This extension will allow the site to be used fully between 9-5pm, unlocking space for community activities, health and wellbeing programmes, education sessions, and social events. By making the hub more inclusive and versatile, we will welcome new users while giving existing groups the facilities they need to thrive.

This crowdfunding campaign will raise for CCTV.
