The idea
We will install a new kitchen at Rebel Coffee Ltd as the hub of our 90-Day to Wellbeing programme, replacing scattered delivery sites with a single, purpose-built space. This base will host our 90 Day to wellbeing program focusing on the gut-brain connection, weight loss, food education and physcial and emotional health
Weekly cookery and movement 'Feast and Flow' sessions will equip local groups with essential skills and deliver a holistic health programme combining nutrition, exercise, stress relief, pain management, and emotional wellbeing
The kitchen will prioritise local sourcing, using seasonal and regional produce through a farm to folk model. This approach reduces food miles, supports local growers, and helps people reconnect with where their food comes from.
We will also deliver sessions on food budgeting, cost efficiency, hygiene, and safe food preparation. Participants will learn practical, realistic strategies for feeding themselves and their families well on a budget.
