The Freshwater Foundation supports small charities and voluntary groups in Ealing and Hounslow with grants of up to £2000, and with guidance and one-to-one assistance on a broad range of management, governance, fundraising and research topics.
We have now been active for over three years and have so far made awards to around 40 local groups and given many of these further help through our support services. We are particularly keen to help start-ups, especially from more deprived areas, who we are able to give particularly close support to.
We are currently assisting projects on Spacehive through Ealing Council's Future Ealing initiative. We will assess all of these projects for a match with our eligibility criteria and will then contact any that fit to arrange a meeting to explore the possibility of making a pledge.
