The idea
The lockdown has hit millions of people across the UK and across the world.
We at Porthcawl Cricket Club are resilient, but not immune from the effects of the current pandemic. We rarely ask for donations, but we hope that you can offer support to the club as we look to offer 'Cricket for All' in this shortened summer of 2020, and as we plan to recover into 2021.
We have increased the number of training opportunities for our younger players in a safe environment and invested heavily to maintain these standards.
We have also offered free cricket to our senior group to encourage the 'Return to Cricket'.
We continue to fund these opportunities via club funds, and if you are able to support the club, however much, it will help us to build towards a secure future into 2021 and beyond.
We hope that you appreciate our service to the local community and any funds received will be used (as always) to maintain, improve and expand our cricket offerings.
With Regards
