The idea
During lockdown, when public parks were closed, we opened up the cricket field to dog walkers and families alike for daily exercise.
As sport resumed our Juniors have enjoyed some cricket thanks to the hard work of our Club volunteers.
This year, we can’t hold fundraising events, or celebrate the end of the season as we usually would. But, you can show your appreciation and help us raise much needed funds for Junior cricket by buying a virtual drink for £5 to say THANK YOU to our wonderful Club volunteers.
All funds will go to our Junior section, and if we raise £100 by the end of September, then ECB will donate £100 too.
What we'll deliver
- Eg: £200 pays for one paid coach for one winter or summer season
- Eg: £200 pays for Junior League match balls for one season
- Eg: £200 would pay for a set of team Club caps
Why it's a great idea
Every little helps and you can be sure the funds are going directly to grass roots cricket, the future of our club, enabling more cricket opportunities and events in the future.
