The idea
Our Project is for Caton Sports Association to GO GREEN.
Our Sports Club provides a safe and secure area for Local Children and Adults to play Sports and socialize.
We want to reduce our Carbon footprint and provide a self sufficient facility for our users.
We have a large roof which we would like to install Solar Panels on which will feed the club and provide all the electricity we need to run the club.
We would eventually like to become self sufficient and be able to make a small income from feeding back into the Electricity Grid.
What we'll deliver

- become carbon neutral and Go GREEN
- use energy efficient lighting
Why it's a great idea
The Main benefits our project is to help the Environment by ensuring Caton Sports Association is Carbon Neutral and self sufficient. This will ensure we can continue to provide Sporting activities to a wide variety of locals in our community.
Which will ultimately improve health and well being to all our members.
Steps to get it done

- installing new water heater and boiler
- Installing new insulation
- installing ground source heat pumps
