The idea
There are lots of empty units in and around the area that would benefit from being used, it would help out local people with rental income. I run a small craft business and a local craft group. Why not merge the two and have a crafting hub, this would allow people a place to meet and craft together without restrictions of available times and days, it would allow small businesses to come together and craft, an opportunity for individuals to learn new skills or expand on existing skills. Keeping costs as low as possible would be the aim and by having a safe space for people to meet it would help reduce social isolation, whilst boosting confidence in what they do.
