- Sound of Essex Festival– Central Park
-Mad Science in Meadows
- Culture Day at Oakland Museum

River Festival (30th and 1st)
-Dragon Boat race, Paddle boats, boats trips/ canoeing

Why it's a great idea
The festival will make Chelmsford really fun and we hope to grow year on year and that it will help raise Chelmsford's profile. The festival is designed to bring the community together with inclusive events for everyone from 0-100. The Festival will help to showcase and Boost art and culture in Chelmsford and other hidden treasures. The Festival has had already an overwhelming response with many Artists, businesses and volunteers coming forward to help make this project real. We hope that you will share this enthusiasm and can help us by supporting us with a little money as 100% of events are free.
