The idea
With the news that the ECB has announced there will be no professional cricket until at least 1st July (let alone recreational cricket), Cerne Valley Cricket Club is faced with regular expenses (insurance, ground expenses, utilities) and very little income.
The ECB will donate £100 to the club if we hit at least £100 towards our target. We have decided to set up this crowdfunding page to ensure that when this crisis is over we are in a position to re-establish both our junior and senior sides that contribute significantly to our village communities.
What we'll deliver

Why it's a great idea
We love our cricket club and believe it makes an important contribution to the community, especially to its young people. We want to be in a position to be fully operational as soon as this crisis is over
